The Toasted Coconut is in the space of the former Maria Selma, and the Stayers kept the palapa that defined that Mexican spot. Expect to hear a fun mix of Exotica Tiki music with plenty of reggae and, of course, Phish. Overnight, Houston police tracked down the suspects in southeast Houston. Moment later he lay dead, not far from where his Ford truck had been parked. He tried to fight them off, holding on to his keys. Juan Carlos Ramirez was leaving F Bar after midnight Thursday morning when he was assaulted by two suspects.
